Dustin McRohrer is the Director of Early Learning for Anderson Preparatory Academy’s Launch Pad. This is a new program starting for the community this fall. Dusty comes with 8 years of experience of early childhood education, and has received my Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s within Early Childhood Education. He has worked from being a floating teacher to education specialist to being the director. He has a passion for Reggio-Emilia Approach to help support the development of the whole child and build the community around them. His goal is not only educate others about the Reggio-Emilia approach but work on creating the community around the school to be more aware of Early Childhood Education and how they can help.
Mariah Lair is the Family Engagement Coordinator for Anderson Preparatory Academy’s new program Launch Pad. Mariah has 8 years working in education, she’s worked as an elementary gym teacher, RBT, and an early childhood behavioral support specialist. She has completed an Associates in Elementary Education, and a Bachelor of Psychology with a focus on ABA. She is very passionate about children’s social emotional development and is excited to be in a new position that helps her share these skills with the families we serve. She is so excited about helping the families build the village around themselves that they need and deserve.
