By registering for the IN Early Childhood Conference, attendees are agreeing to abide by the NAEYC Code of Conduct. Any attendee displaying behavior or language that does not align with the NAEYC Code of Conduct will be asked to leave the IN Early Childhood Conference without refund.
*All non-member registrations will include a complimentary entry level membership to the Indiana Association for the Education of Young Children (Indiana AEYC), the state affiliate for the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). To learn more about member benefits visit Membership – Indiana AEYC (inaeyc.org) . If for any reason you wish to opt out of membership you will need to do so during the registration process.

Early bird registration has been extended and will end on April 7, 2023. Standard rates will be open through the day of conference.
To Register:
- Enter the Number of people attending each session at the indicated rate category – Only 20 choices are allowed per registration. If you have more, you will need to complete the process again for the remaining registrants.
- Click “Register Now”. This will prompt you to add information for each attendee.
- Click “Proceed to Payment Options” where you will enter your payment information.
- If you run into registration issues or need further accommodations, please email klackey@inaeyc.org.
Once your registration is complete you will receive a confirmation email. If you pay with an invoice (P.O.) or check, your confirmation will temporarily show as pending.
Registrations are transferable, but not refundable!
If you need to transfer a registration you need to email klackey@inaeyc.org.
Name Badge – Your name badge will be emailed to you prior to conference. Please be sure to use an email during registration that you access often. You will need to print your name badge and bring it with you to conference.
CONSENT TO USE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, Indiana AEYC meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant or attendee to Indiana AEYC’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image, likeness, and appearance in photographs of such events and activities.
