Early Learning Community is Hiring!

Early Learning Community (ELC) is a relationship-centered early childhood program serving children ages 3–5 and their families. We are growing and looking for passionate professionals to join our team.

We are currently hiring for two positions:

Early Childhood Educators – Create engaging, play-based learning experiences while fostering emotional safety, connection, and growth for young children.

Family & Program Operations Coordinator – Support school operations, family engagement, communication, and administrative systems while helping create a welcoming and organized experience for children, families, and staff.

At ELC, we believe children learn best through meaningful relationships, play, and emotional connection. We are looking for individuals who value collaboration, professionalism, and making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
